Mont Selas in conjunction with RMR Thermal Solutions have developed a patented Expanded Nitmesh Tube Firing Burner for use in tunnel baking ovens to replace the old industry standard ribbon burner, to achieve typical gas savings up to 25%.

EXCELLENT FLAME STABILITY

Nitmesh is a woven metal fibre and is welded over the slot in the burner tube, it is well proven technology and has excellent flame retention properties and reduces the risk of flash back. The Expanded Nitmesh burner can be supplied in 1¼, 1½ and 2 sizes as direct replacements for existing ribbon burners with nominal ratings from 4kW to 44kW.

Air blast Injectors are designed for mixing gas with air under pressure to
produce high mixture pressure ensuring rapid combustion and high working
temperatures. The ABI is manufactured in a range of sizes from ¼” to 3” BSP to match the Kilowatt output required for the burner and design of the gas appliance.

Wingtips

The type 341 Wingtip Burner is designed to operate at or near stoichiometric mixture ratio and provides an intense flame. Typical applications include pre-heating, gap firing of kilns, air heaters and industrial washing machines. The smaller sizes are eminently suitable for use as pilot burners and lighting torches.
